Bad reception

 In the last few weeks both my husband and myself have been having issues with our cell reception in our area ( New Brunswick). When we are on calls we keep losing reception…this is new as before we had no problem. We have not change our iPhones and they are updated to latest software. We are on a 4G plan. Any suggestion for improvements? Thanks!

in the iPhone settings, click on Cellular > Cellular Data Options (Roaming On)> Voice & Data...make sure is set to LTE.

Hey @Louiseri 

To start, check outages in your area. https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages

My suggestion is to go into Settings, Network Settings, and reset them and reboot the phone. This is to start.
