Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Out of nowhere today lost my connection and it came back after some seconds and now it shoes 5g+ signal strength but not able to access network not able to answer calls or make it. I can still answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls but it just says call failed. Help please been using this for couple of months and never had issues like this. PS im in GTA and have very good reception

hi @Sam008 

try Reboot phone and click Reset all networks

if that does not work, try changing the network mode to 4G or LTE

but if still same, ask PM agent to help  ,  submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
