I have referred 30 people for my number xxx-xxx-xxxx since joining in early February and have gotten no benefits at all, no $10, all are still customers. How can this be fixed?
Edit phone number by popping because anyone on Internet can read this post.

Holy Moly! And to think some members have complained the points program would make it hard to refer new customers. You are motivated to achieve a $0 bill. It is a bit of a pain to have to redeem your points rather than have the rewards directly added to your available funds to be deducted off your plan amount but with that many referrals every month you have enabled a pretty cheap plan builder if you don't use a whole lotta data every month.
Redeem a 15pt/$15 bill credit every month. Redeem a 10pt/1gb data add on. On average most $15 plan holders may use 100 extra outgoing minutes per month. Once the first $5/500min add on is depleted you can choose to purchase for $5 or redeem 5pts. Now you have essentially the $25 plan with 250mb of plan data and 1gb of roll over data and 500min that roll over when not used.
You now have a free unlimited texts/calls* and 250mb of data plan=15pts/$15+1pt/$1(*100 extra min)=$16/16pts+14pt=$14 credit every 30 days
Or a free $15/15pts plan+100 extra min*/1pt+250mb add on/2.5pts=500mb data=18.5pts=$18.50 +11.5pts/$11.50 credit every 30 days
Or w/750mb of data=21pts/$21+9pts/$9 credit or w/1gb of data=23.5pts/$23.50+6.5pts/$6.50 credit
Log into your rewards account to see your points accumulation=52.25pts?

YOU will not get $10. THEY will get $10 off.
You will get 1 point/30 days as long as they are customers. You can trade points for $ and lower your bill or buy add-ons or play lottery.
To confirm all these amazing 30 people are still PM's customers, check and see if you see all 30 phone numbers (last 4 digits) on your account.

Excellent point. Haven’t had one for 3 months and 1 every 2 months in good times. Sounds odd.

So if all 30 ppl signed up with your referral code and are active you will get 30 points a month, so technically you could do two 15 bill credits or mix it up with add ons or the wonderfully transparent lotto 6/49 type odds contests.

So your are on the points and not rewards....as points started on January 25, 2022...but the $10 is same for both rewards plans.

Great work! The referred customer gets the $10. You will get a point per. The new points system doesn't pay out until you make use of them.

If you refer someone you will receive 1 point for each referral, not $10 for each. If you are missing a referral the person you referred will have to contact a CSA and confirm the code they used.

@Zarovich1980 Your referrals (new customers) get the one time $10 credit for new activations and using your referral code, however, you should be getting $1/30 days for each referral as long as they have an active account with PM. This can change if one or more of your referrals suspend their account or leave PM.
Edit: BTW, you should be able to see the last four digits of each person you referred in the My Rewards page, although that list isn't always complete lately.

HI @Zarovich1980 You joined since February and you are in the new Reward system. Check My Reward, you should see some Friend Referrals there and you are connecting Public Points, you can redeem them to bill credit as long as you got over 15 points check there

Log on to your MY REWARDS and check.....they no longer show on My Account.
