Hi there, I have been a Public Mobile user for a few months now, I use your 35 CAD package. I have been very happy with the service I have been receiving so far. It's just that I was under the impression that mobile data is unlimited. I was sometimes using mobile data as my backup for wifi while I worked at home. I have had some serious downtime with my wifi today and had to use mobile data longer than usual. It appears that I have used up my allotted mobile data. Is there any way I can get some mobile data before my next billing period? Your mobile data acts my backup internet while I work.

Options to get more data:
1. If your current data limit does not meet your 30 days' need, you may change a plan with more data. You can do the plan from from self-serve. You get your data back immediately with plan change. Login to your account. Select the Plan and add-ons tab and click on the Change Plan button.
2. If you want to renew the same plan early, you need to create a CSA support ticket. CSA wait time is couple hours to 2 days. If your next renewal date is up to 2 days away, you may just on data diet for a few days until after renewal.
3. You can buy data add-ons $15 1GB data or $5 200MB data. Expensive option. This is a good option if you need a small amount of data occasionally. Data add-on does not have expiry date. Unused add-on data will be rolled over to next cycle.
Please note that there is no refund of the unused days of your current billing cycle if (option 2) you renew your plan early with CSA assistant or (option 1) change plan now.

Did you join after Jan 25? if so you are on the new points program and one of the good things (maybe the only good thing) is that for many add ons you get a break in price. I think (if im not mistaken) that the 15 for 1GB would actually be $10 in points.

Your $35/month plan only have 2.5gb less your used the promo code 12MONTHS2GB
then you will get an additional 4.5gb for 12 months.
I think you might be thinking about home internet with unlimited data.

@shahriar8540 Sorry, but PM doesn't offer unlimited data so your best bet is to purchase some add-on data as advised by @esjliv to tide you over until renewal.
While the add-on data is bit steep, it can be handy if you only occasionally need it to supplement plan data as the add-on doesn't expire and any remaining data from it will remain with your account until depleted completely and once your renewal takes effect, you will go back to using the plan data.
However, if you're regularly using up the plan data allotment before renewal, then it might be cheaper to just upgrade your plan to perhaps $40 or more?

You were under the impression that mobile data was unlimited @shahriar8540 ?
Where did you get this impression from?
It sounds like you may wish to consider moving up to a higher data allotment plan, like the $50 or higher plans.
Here's how to change your plan, if that's what you decide:
First login to Self Serve to this screen:
Then, click Change Plan:
Then select desired Plan:
Then choose Change on Next Renewal Date:

@shahriar8540 - there are addons available to purchase in your self serve account found here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/?PageRedirect=Redi...
$15 = 1GB, is this too expensive for your needs?
Purchasing an Add-On? Be sure to:
1. Add funds to your account, if you don`t have sufficient funds
2. Go back to the Add-Ons page and select your Add-On.
You can also change plans to a higher or lower plan rate, and this will start your plan again at the new plan. BUT, note you will not get any funds back already paid in your existing cycle (no prorating).
