No outgoing text messages . Public error 2

Hello,

I am having trouble sending text messages. I've already rebooted my old phone, took out sim and transfer it to another unlocked phone. These steps did not work.

@DLAW  The original post is about SMS messages, picture messages are MMS.  Do you have MMS enabled in settings and cellular data turned on (not wifi)?

Also having this problem, myself and two people I signed up.  Texts come through fine, but pictures fail to send or receive.  Have rebooted, pulled SIM, restarted, reinserted SIM.  Very odd that 3 separate accounts and phones are having this issue amongst a small group of friends.

what plan do you have?

Try clicking Reset All networks and test again

but if that does not help, and since you tried different phone, you probably need PM support to reprovision the account for the text to work..  Please message support:

I tried both for Android Samsung A20 and A15 and Moto E.

Could you tell us what kind of phones they are? WHat kind of Android phones or iPhones?
