Recently I ran into the issue of not being able to transfer my eSIM from my old phone to my new phone. I was told that I must purchase a new eSIM from the self serve section of the mobile app. However, is it possible for me to purchase a new eSIM then select the same number that I was previously using? I would really appreciate the opportunity to keep my phone number.

HI @Jane_Doe23
yes, the new sim card will give you the same phone number
To rebuy new eSIM, First, download the app on your new phone, click ⊕ or ⧁ at the bottom left to bring up the menu and go to Subscription & Add-on page, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop SIM Card Now. You can buy and install eSIM from there
