Phone not working

Greetings all,  

I switched my phone last Monday. And it still isn’t working at 100% 😞
My data works but most texts aren’t going through and I can only call one number. Seems like I’m receiving all incoming calls.  

I also went to the states the day after switching so I got talk / text & roaming which worked great for the first 2 days but on the the third day (which is today) I can’t make outgoing calls or send text messages. I Seem to be receiving all my incoming calls.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thnx

I had to re-do the port and request PM to send another port request to my carrier. I sent a message to cs_agent, added my old simcard again, and did it. Took 3 port requests for everything to work

hi @Legin 

what phone you have?

try connect manually to T-Mobile and change network mode to. 2G

If still does not work , change network mode back to 4G and try again 

then also try manually connect to both At&T and Verizon
