No longer use email

I'm trying to access my Public Mobile Account.  I no longer use the email address that's associated with my account and need ro change it so that I can add funds to my account.

 

How can I change my email address to one I currently use?

You can have the 2FA code sent by text to access your account to add funds. 
As noted by others, only a CS_Agent can help you change the email on your account through private messaging above or SIMon Chatbot below.

While you wait for support to change the registered email address (two places by the way) you can buy vouchers and dial 611 to enter them. Or use real time payments in a few stores. Or if you know your 4 digit account pin then you can dial 611 and use your registered credit card.
