Why did service to my phone 778-xxx-xxxx stop, and account information is no longer available?

Sometimes autopay fails unfortunately.
you can make a manual payment on the the following page. Load enough funds and account should renew itself

You can also check your PIN in your Profile section in My account.

I have auto payment and never got notified of a problem. Trying to make a payment by calling 611 it is calling for my PIN, I didn't know I have one. How can I retrieve my PIN number?

First and foremost @Horstt this is a PUBLIC forum and not private. Click on the arrow in the box and edit and remove your phone number.
Have you checked your account to make sure it's paid? That usually is the number one problem. Your credit card may have expired. You can also dial 611 from the phone to see if your account is up to date on payments.
If you're still having issues, contact a CS Agent.
