No incoming call and text

I activated nearly 24 hrs and ported my old number from different carrier but still cant receive calls and text. I am expecting a call today. Can anyone have an idea?

Can you also send me the number for the porting support team. My friend has the exact same problem.

did you reboot your phone once ?  Reboot once more now and check incoming

 

I have sent you a porting support team number to your community inbox as well, call them and they will confirm if there was anything missing in the process

Yes, you should put the old carrier sim card in your phone. I would still call the Telus porting team number to re-initiate the port request.  You have a 90 minute window to respond to the port request text.

Did you respond to your old carrier's  port request text?  Need to respond yes to the port request, or the port would be declined. 

 

Looks like that your port is stuck.  You can contact customer service agent or it would be faster to call the Telus porting team number. This number is used for porting issues only.  I will private message you the number.  Check your inbox (envelope icon on upper right corner).
