Phone calls not coming thru to me

Missed calls from relatives from BC, calling from Freedom Mobile. Also missed calls from Kitchener ON business.

Could email or text, and I could call them. They couldn’t get through to me.

Any reason why?

Yes, went to a recording that said “the number you are calling cannot receive incoming calls, this is a recording”.

i changed from 3 G to 4 G a few months ago

@jdemsey, when your contacts tried calling you did it ring on their end? did it go to voicemail or did they here a message saying your number is not in service or something similar?

@jdemsey  Can you test the sim card in another phone ? Maybe try rebooting the device or reset network settings . If issues persist ask support to refresh your account

you did not just join Public Mobile today, right?  just make sure if it is a new account problem or not

but first reboot the phone , Reset network settings and check if you can make calls.  You can also try change the network mode to 3G , calls will work better that way
