Please I need my phone records for the past 90 days to support a legal case but the system only gives me phone records for December. I selected ALL in the filter section but still gives me phone rall records for only December and week one of January.
Could you please help me retrieve all of my November and December 2024 phone calls record?

@Mensahk Strange, when I tapped 90 days just now it gave me back to October 12th. I'm using the website not the app, I haven't looked via the app. Hopefully customer service can sort it out for you.

Please I have done that but could only get records for January. I even selected each option to f days and also the ALL but response that comes out is only for January 2025.

Just to be sure we're looking at this the same, I'm not talking about filters, I'm talking about the drop down menu where ALL is. So to clarify, you are tapping the v beside ALL like this image, and not getting the drop down with length of time choices?

@Mensahk Are you tapping the v to the right of ALL? When I just checked that causes a drop down with up to 90 days or custom.

I remember that the usage history has some problems before too.
Maybe you can ask PM to help to export it for you.. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Thanks for your response but I have tried that and have downloaded the Excel file but the system still gives me only January. I am getting fustrated with Public Mobile system. Please is there any in-person contact that you know of? I am susposed to submit this tomorrow morning.

Hi,
When you go to the "usage history", and set the filter to "90 Days" or "All", it should provide you the usage history. Try to click the button to the left of the filter button to download the file, maybe it would display in the file.
