Hi,
I am trying to setup a new account under a different email adress for my son. The account is already created and I already paid the first monthly subscription but now I am trying to log back in to select the phone number that will be associated with it and I don't receive the authentication code that is supposed to be sent to his adress. Can someone help me? I don't mind creating a new account but I don't want to lose the $29 + tax I already paid

Thanks @hTideGnow . I sent two private messages since yesterday without any answer. Is that normal? There seems to be something wrong with notifications sent to gmail accounts in general, as I have tried it for another account that I have and it is also not working.
I am worried I am stuck in a loop and will be charged monthly without any access or phone number to use. (Note that I did pay the first month yesterday and did receive that confirmation by email) but I was disconnected before I was able to select a phone number and wasnt able to log back in since then, because I am not receiving the authentication codes on my gmail account.
Is there any way to chat with a support agent to resolve this?
