Hey @Mewa 

If your phone was on a different service provider before coming to Public Mobile, it's idea to reset your network settings and then reboot your phone. This can usually clear up several problems.

@Mewa   If the texts and calls are actually working it sounds more like a phone problem.  Are the texts and calls actually getting to you?
