cancel an old sim ordered but never activated

I ordered a sim card over a year ago but never activated it so now my publicmobile account can not be accessed as it always asks me to finish the activation without any other options. Can you remove it from the account so I can get in and order a new esim? Thanks

@jojomyz   So does your partial account have your credit card on it?  Otherwise you could just start a new account.  But to be sure of the best course of action open a service ticket as suggested.  If the chatbot doesn't work then send support a private message here

The sim card I ordered never got activated and I lost it. I am now planning to reorder a new esim and subscribe again.

@jojomyz  I'm not quite sure I understand - if the old sim card was never activated then it should still be functional.  It may be that you need customer service to sort out the finish activation issue.  Open a ticket using the chat icon bottom right of this page.
