I ordered my SIM card over a week ago...how do I cancel the order and get a refund so I can just go to a local store and pick one up?

Due to residual effects of Canada post strike, it can take up to 15 business days for PM Sim card to arrive. PM will not usually offer refund on SIM card, but can offer credit of $10 if you purchase a SIM card from Koodo or Telus corporate store. Keep the receipt and submit the receipt to CSA for $10 credit.

it is not uncommon to wait the sim card for 3 weeks. But check with PM and maybe they can arrange you to buy another one from nearby stores and reimburse you
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

It normally takes 10 business days or 2 weeks but members have indicated it took up to 3 weeks.
You can contact a CS_Agent to arrange for pickup from a Telus/Koodo/Mojile Klinik store and ask for a refund.
