Automatic top up charge

I just saw that I’ve been charged a $30 automatic top up – what is that?

@YassaraM - this is the placeholder for your upcoming bill. Is your subscription for $30 / month?

Once the top up is added to your account, the $30 will be deducted to cover you next cycle. most likely same day, or next day.

@YassaraM When you subscribed to PM service, auto renewal was turned on. Your renewal date must be today and the system topped up your account using the credit card on file , to pay for your next 30 days of service.

do you have a $30 plan with PM? When you joined, you agree to let PM to enable the Automatic top up, it is part of the subscription process

did you join on Dec 29? or was Dec 29th the last renewal date? It is normal that our account is setup with Autopay enabled.   You can login My Account and confirm the payment history
