I have tried to activate my esim and when I log into the app it tells me to get support, but I can't get back to trying to activate the e-sim.

still check sim manager and see if the esim is already instead. That error could just mean the app cannot set that sim active
but if the esim is not there, or you are not able to set it active too, as PM to help. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here

Double check if you have the qr code in your email, junk or spam folder. Also double check your phone settings to see if esim already activated and make as primary or turn on this line.

sound like you have a problem with the esim setup instead of the porting
so, check your Sim Manager if you are using Android , or Settings -> Cellular screen if you are using iPhone, check if the Public Mobile esim is there. If it is , make sure it is enable/active/Turn on this line is toggled on
and then try Reset network settings
