Hello,
I’m new to Public Mobile—so new, in fact, that I haven’t even received my SIM card yet (even though my account has been created since October 2024, and I’ve been billed since then).
Since I haven’t received my SIM card, I haven’t been able to activate my account. However, I would now like to cancel it. The chatbot informs me that I can cancel my account via my account dashboard, but my account isn’t active yet...
How can I cancel my not-yet-activated account to stop being billed by Public Mobile?

You will be charged once your SIM is activated. So far, you only created an account.
But If you were charged without activating the SIM.
You can pick up a SIM from Amazon for $5 or from Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik for $10 then contact a CS_Agent for a refund.

Check with PM and they can arrange to have you go to a local Telus store to pickup the PM sim or arrange refund
