No Incoming calls

I recently opened an account with Public Mobile. I can make calls, received text messages and voice calls. 

When Incoming calls come in, the calls goes directly to my Voice Mail.

I have tried the following: activate/deactivate airplane mode, do not disturb mode, wifi sitting, take out Sims Card, restart phone, check my account is active.

Is there anything else I can do?

You have to power off your phone and not restart your phone so hold down the power button and power off then back on.

I ported my number.

My phone do not ring.

Did you respond "YES" to the port authorization text (PAT) from your prior provider? (if porting here from somewhere else...)

Make sure you leave your old provider SIM card in your device to then receive the PAT.

When you call somebody, what number do they see?

Did you port your number?

You said 'I can make calls, received text messages and voice calls'. And then 'When Incoming calls come in the calls goes directly to my Voice Mail' meaning you CANNOT receive voice calls. Does your phone rings at all?
