Hi all, I paid for a plan and ask Public mobile to keep my former number which was virtual from Fongo. After a day I still neither have heard from them whether they were successful in getting my number transferred nor I can receive calls or send text msg. What is the link for private message to customer service? Thanks for help

@MJM7 voip services like Fongo are considered landline for porting purposes, so porting takes days rather than hours. Your Fongo account should still be working in the meantime. Once it isn't then your number should be with Public Mobile. If it hasn't happened in another few days then the link for contacting PM customer service is as below, although they prefer that you open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page if possible.

this is normal. Moving number from VoIP provider, which Fongo is, take 3 to 7 business days. So, you still have couple days to wait
