You CANNOT transfer eSIM. You have to buy a new one and do SIM swap through My Account.

Unfortunately, there isn't any way to transfer an eSIM. Another will need to be purchased.

HI @Prasiddha
yes, esim cannot be transferred (it is normal and the shortfall of esim)
so, your new phone also support eSIM? what you need to do is to buy a new esim. Download PM app , login the app. On the 2FA part, click Didn't receive code and then Send email. Once you are in , go to Subscription & add-on , scroll down and click Buy sim card to buy the new esim
if you cannot login , please submit ticket with PM cs agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
