Hello! I paid for a prepaid Public Mobile SIM and received a Koodo SIM in the mail. I have an email confirmation for the purchase of a physical public mobile SIM. The Public mobile app says SIM card not valid.
are Koodo cards supposed to work for Public Mobile plans?

@Username148 no, Koodo sim cannot be used in Public Mobile. The team must have sent the wrong one. Please message CS agent and ask them to resend the correct one or ask them to let you buy a PM sim card from local Telus or Koodo store and reimburse you the cost
