Can I transfer my bonus unused data add-ons to my family member number?

check if the hotspot suggest helps, should be helpful down the road:

To set up a personal hotspot on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular), go to Settings > Personal Hotspot and toggle it on (if you don't see Personal Hotspot in Settings, tap Cellular > Personal Hotspot). Make a note of the Wi-Fi password. Open the Wi-Fi menu on the device you need to connect to the internet.

And for your daughter, make sure you marked your hotpot as metered network to reduce the data usage

Connect to your wifi first, then go to :

Settings->Wifi, on the list of network, on yours, seelct the i button next to the name and enable "Low Data Mode"

I had similar question and the Customer Support told me they won't transfer unused add-on to family member with their own account.

if she is with you going out , use hotspot to share your data to her

No other way as I have too many unused add-ons data and my daughter is running out of data
