I have lost access to my online account.
I want to close my account with Public mobile and stop autopayment on my prepaid card

Out an abundance of caution you may want to get access to your self serve and not only take off autopay but remove your card altogether so you don't have to worry about any issues with inadvertent payment due to an error etc

This will result in the account becoming suspended, and eventually permanently deactivated.

@ajaypatel82 - do you have the SIM card from Public Mobile? Call 611 to disable the Autopay on the account.
Then after 90 days of nonpayment the account is automatically closed.
OR, if you port the number to another provider, this also closes your account here and you also lose access to your self serve account after porting out.
If you would like to access your account before it is closed, have you tried the Forgot your password option to try and access it that way?
If still issues, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance to get you logged in to remove any card registered prior to stopping payment or porting out.

@ajaypatel82 to "cancel" the account, you need to suspend it first by not paying the renewal. 90 days after the account is suspended, the account will be closed permanently.
You can disable Autopay by using *611 if you know your 4 digits pin.
If not, then you will have to reset your My Account password. Start with using Forgot Password link and enter the email address
If unable to reset that way, open a ticket with PM Support to reset the login password
