What's your account status? Active? Expired? Suspended? Did 611 give you account info? Or we can't find your number? Or sorry we can't help you go to public mobile.ca? Or nothing?
Do you have another phone to put your SIM card in? That will tell you if it's a device issue or a SIM card/network issue. Or another working SIM card in your phone?

It says to go to help. I did reboot. Still doesn't work. No data as well. I can get on my account and community through wifi

What do you hear when you dial *611? (this call will work even with no service)?
Also, what's the account status when you log into self-serve?
Try rebooting device and resetting network connections as possible quick fixes.
