Hello I need to cancel one of my phone plans. No longer need it.

@Nadiaincalgary  You can turn off auto subscribe . In payment page > manage subscription then toggle off auto subscribe 

Turn auto subscribe off/on

Or if you know the 4 digit PIN number

*611 And you can turn auto subscribe off 

You  can also ask support to remains crest card on file right away

@Nadiaincalgary: Alternatively you can contact a customer agent at, https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and tell them you need to cancel right now and they can do it immediately.

@Nadiaincalgary: Yeah, you can easily do that by going to your account, and go to the "Payments" section and click on the "Subscribed" toggle. After you unsubscribe it will be unsubscribed for 90 days and then will suspend.
