My phone number transfer did not go through according to Public Mobile but my previous carrier is no longer working and now I don’t have a cel phone number.
I need someone from public mobile to contact me

This might be a porting related issue. I had a similar situation but was able to get it resolved. I suggest contact the number of the porting team. They should be able to help you! 🙂

@Jordanp1 No one will contact you , you need call the porting team. Number and get the to re trigger the port request for you . Will send it to you private message
