Not sure why, but all of a sudden, every time I reply to a thread, my posts are not showing up. I've asked CS_Agent for an explanation, but wondering if anyone else knows why this might be happening. All of my posts are Pro-PM, do not include any solicitation, profanity etc. I rely on this forum to be able to help others, and cant understand why the posts are disappearing (before they appear)

@slusagm I only have this one account. What seemed to happen is that they blocked my wifi IP address when I posted using my iPad, which is what I would have used for my offending post/s, but I could still post if I used PM cellular data on my phone (if I recall correctly still using the iPad but hotspotting it from the phone). I didn't think my home wifi had a static IP address so not sure how that worked but suffice it to say that it wasn't blocked at the account level.
and welcome back Phil_Adelphus , where have you been?
@hTideGnow Thank you. Not really back though - I was in PM imposed exile, followed by self-imposed disgruntled exile lol! I'm very surprised that there isn't a mechanism for warning people before just making their posts disappear (and then when you try and repost not realizing why, they brand it as spamming).

hi @ORNGNBLK
does your Work Computer uses VPN and uses the external IP from your Work? if so, it is the IP that got blocked. Since you cannot change Work IP, really nothing much you can do.
and welcome back @Phil_Adelphus , where have you been?

@ORNGNBLK Same thing happened to me. If you keep trying to post things that disappeared it will get determined by the system as spam. Of the potential reasons given to me by customer service (suggesting a competitor, providing a referral code, and suggesting that someone contact the Koodo porting team) the only thing I had done was refer a customer to a plan by PM's parent company (better not mention it by name lol!) that potentially fitted their needs better. I have never, ever, posted a referral code. I have referred people having difficulties porting to the Koodo porting team by private message, and once or twice by a link but it sounded like we aren't even supposed to do that. My banishment was triggered automatically by the system and also by oracle/s I was told. I spent a lot of time trying to sort it out so I don't bother posting any more as I was told I might not be re-instated next time I do whatever I did wrong. As @Chalupa_Batman noted, I too was able to continue to post if I used a different device.

@hairbag1 I messaged an agent on Thursday around 2 eastern, and again yersterday. All I have been able to discern is that it’s my work computer that is the device being blocked. I am posting and replying now from my cell and it seems to be working thus far. Thanks to @Chalupa_Batman for the hint to try from another location. I’d like to reinstate my work computer to be able to use it as well, and hope PM can release that IP somehow. Will keep everyone posted if this gets resolved. Thanks

This happened to me also. Took months to have them fix it.

I had similar experience in the past. You could have been temporarily banned from posting in the Forum...nobody will confirm what line you crossed. You can message Customer Support and ask, but you may not get a definitive answer. Go through your past posts and see if you mentioned customer looking at different cell provider. Another no-no is providing number to Kodo port assistance.
