Porting number not success

I did port my number from rogers to public haven't received sms so now I paid twice! Customer service doesn't work Sundays! I already texted an agent! Help

I still have rogers sim it's ok they are blocking the porting I understand

Yeah called thanks number can't be ported out

Apparently they don't work no one get back to me! I knew it! It's ok I did unsubscribe so my CC won't get charged after 1 month and even if the number won't work I have rogers

PM staff does work on weekends so did you Submit a Ticket on the Chat icon or dm them?

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them

Do you have any service with PM SIM card?  If unsuccessful port, your PM account should be partially working.  Ie . Data should be working, able to phone and text out. Just unable to receive phone calls or texts at your original number.
