@Manusaini  Vivo 1935, so it is a Vivo Y50.

according to my research, your phone lacks one of the two 3g bands PM uses for voice

This is the spec for your phone  BOLD are the compatible ones

3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 2100

4G bands1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 38, 40, 41

and this is what PM uses:

Since your phone lacks half the bands PM uses for voice on 3G, voice reception would be poor.

Your data on  LTE would not be great either.   It does not have enough compatible bands

My suggestion to you is to change your phone for better and more stable reception

@Manusaini does restarting your phone or toggling into/out of airplane mode help?

Try a reset of the device's network settings and see if that helps going forward.

Reception is good in same area with other providers. Have only 1 line with this company.

Reception is good in that area? Like with other devices and others with the same provider? Could be a low reception area.

@Manusaini   What brand and model is your phone?

Also, try this, change your Preferred network type or Network mode to 3G Only (or WCDMA Only)

It should help your voice situation.
