Hi my phone doesn't receive network signal I have red me not 12 pro 5g it was work until Feb 6th and  to day no signal I put the sim card in another phone is work?

What have you tried so far?

did you try factory reset?

Is your sim physical or e-sim? Make sure your phone isn’t programmed for e-sim if physical.

Hello @BEJAMIN 

First, go to your network settings and reset them. Then reboot. See if that resolves it. If it doesn't, you can place your SIM card into a different phone and see if it works. If it does, then you should see if there are any updates for the phone that need to be done. Come back and let us know what happens.

if the sim works as expected in a different cell...I'd guess that your cellphone needs to be replaced with a newer cell.
