I log into app to complete esim activation and it says phone not compatible, Iphone15pro.
I need a solution or refund

Did the eSIM setup work? That was my issue when I got my phone.

you might not need a refund. Some said it is just an esim setup on the phone problem and not really incompatible. Go to the phone's Sim card manager and check if the esim already instead. If it is, then it is good news. You will just need to enable it and Reset Network Settings
but if you don't see the esim, then you really need PM to check (or ask for refund if you like). Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here
