Hello @Ally321
It's actually very simple to find out. Just log into your account and in the Subscription and Addon section on the left panel, it will show you what plan you have. There it will say 4G or 5G.
None of that is acutally related to the network types. Please see the explanations provided earlier in the thread.

I'm not really sure of what your question is. All plans with Public use the full network of 3G, 4G and 5G, depending on phone support. Each plan has an associated speed limit, that determines the maximum speed you can get from the network, irregardless of what you connect to. Unfortunately they named these limits '5G, 4G and 3G Speed' which makes it a bit confusing. These days you should have a phone that supports at least 4G and VoLTE (4G Calling) as 3G is coming to an end. Check in the help articles for which devices support VoLTE with Public.

What plan do you have now?
First, you need to understand everyone, regardless of the plan you have, can access PM's 3G, 4G or 5G networks without issue.
Only difference is the speed. The 3G plans are just 3G "speed" plans, same with the 4G and 5G plans, they are 4G and 5G "speed" plans.
if you have a 3G plan, you can access all three networks but with a top speed of 3Mbps. 4G plans give you top speed of 100Mbps on any of the three networks. 5G plans give you top speed of 250Mbps
