Hello I need a new SIM card because mine doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tried turning off my phone and resetting my network settings but it still doesn’t work and my phone shows “Sim failure” two seconds after I reset everything.

try to reseat the sim card. Turn off the phone, pull the sim card out and wait 5 mins, then put the sim card back into the phone firmly and test
if you have another phone, it is best to test the sim card on another phone to confirm if it is a defective sim card issue or a defective phone
if you really need a new sim card, get a Public Mobile sim card from
Once you get the sim card, you can update the sim card number from either the PM app or My Account via the browser

Is there a way to try your SIM card in another phone to confirm? That is usually my first move.
But if you really need a SIM card replacement, you can try these options.
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $9.99
Or find a Mobile Klinik near you. https://mobileklinik.ca/stores/
EDIT: Once you have your new SIM card, log into your account and use this direct link to change the SIM card number. Once completed, place the SIM card in the phone, turn off the phone for 1 minutes, turn back on. If it doesn't register, go into Airplane mode, turn it on for 1 minute then turn it off. This will reconnect to the PM network.
