I randomly lost service last night, and I currently have no bars (doesn’t even read SOS). I am trying to login to my account to figure out what is going on but the verification code can only be sent to my phone number…which isn’t working. How can I get in touch my account or figure out why I don’t have service? I have tried troubleshooting the network issues on my phone (iPhone 13 pro). Help?

Thank you! I was able to login to my account from my computer. However I still don’t have service. My service is active and set to renew tomorrow. But I still have no bars and it doesn’t seem that there is an outage that should be causing this. Any thought?

you can still get access to My Account. just click Didn't Receive code or Resend code for 2FA and choose Send email or send voice message. If you use Send voice message, use another phone to call yourself to get the voiemail
and check the Telus Outage page to confirm if there is any outage in your area
