Not sending of receiving phone calls.

Hello,Within the last 24 hours or so I can only receive and send texts.  I cannot call out or receive phone calls.I am at a loss as to why this is happening.Alice French

I would like to know if I have either a 4 or 5 G network and if it is only 3 G I would like to upgrade with Public Mobile.
