I need to update the new card number. I am unable to chat online due to an error. I have cleared cookies and tried several times. On the phone there is only option to pay with registered card. My service has been suspended and I need an urgent resolution

@binishar If you know the 4 digit PIN code you can *611 or with vouchers and *611no PIN needed . If trying to sign in on website maybe try signing in on the new app instead . But you can change payment method in your account
Update credit card info
In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link

@binishar what error you got? you tried to update it at the payment page, Manage. Subscription and Update payment info?
