Hello I had my number,but it's doesn't work. Can I renew my old number? And how to do it? Thanks

@Cam can you access My account with the email you used to logn to this community account? or you use a different e-mail to login my account?

Are you able to log in to your account? You can change the sim in the account.

I lost my Sim card and get new one. Payment was automatically I don't know when I paid last time. But WhatsApp is working

call 1.855.4PUBLIC, enter your number, can the system locate your account?

@Dmitry-K1234567  As long as it hasn’t been suspended more then 90 days . You can get payment vouchers and load it *611 or log k to your account and load them or make Manila payment or update credit card info 

Update credit card info

 

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link

If you did not pay your bill for 90+ days your account is deleted and number reassigned to somebody else.

When did you last pay? Are your services working now? What recording do you get when you dial 611?
