Can someone please call me instead of using this bot. I need a customer service representative to assist me

did you select change plan now or did you select change plan on renewal?

With the former, you’re out of luck.

With the latter, the extra funds could be a pending charge, and may not settle, or it could be on your available funds to be used for future services.

The only way a customer support agent would be needed is if both charges settled on your payment card and you did the plan change on renewal.

@Sk8na11d4y - if you change your plan within the current cycle of the plan you are already in, then there is NO PRORATING the amount of your current cycle. You should have received messages for this.

If Chatbot is not working for you, all members can private message customer support by going to your envelope at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message.

Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

did you use Change Now ? if so, PM will charge you need plan immediately, even they might just charge your old plan not long ago
