@Melinda999, you need to go into the PM app or login to your web account and unsubscribe in order to not get billed. Better still, contact a support agent using the link that was shared and ask the agent to remove your credit card information. As for refund, very unlikely that they will give you one as it's a prepaid service with no refunds but you can ask the agent when asking to remove your credit card info, never hurts to ask.

refund or not depends if you have properly disable Autopay or if you ported out the line.
if you think you want to cancel but didn't cancel autopay ,then no one can help
