My account is locked I can’t get in anymore

Erase the app and re-install it! Worked for me this morning.

If you refresh the page when you get the error does that do anything? I know I have done that and gotten past it before. When was the last time you were able to get into your account? Were you a customer before the website change? 

Otherwise you might want to reach out to support for further help with getting back into your account.

I am able to login to my account via website right now.  There have been intermittent issues with login to self service account the last couple of days.  If trying on app, maybe try on computer.  OR vice versa.  Try again maybe in another 1-2 hours.

are you using app or browser?

Try to use the browser using Incognito mode or try using a different browser and it should work

You tried login too many times with either the wrong email or wrong password. Wait an hour and try again sand click on Forgot Password or Forgot email.
