I was away from the country and yet my app reported that I had used almost half of my subscription which I definitely didn't use!  Looked at the usage details, it reported a few mb usage.  So, discrepancy in the report!  How to rectify this situation?

it looks like just a problem with the cavhe.   I know everyone talks about this and it's a common problem.  Just log in again using incognito mode

@Kidatheart  Check again but try incognito private mode . Or use the app to double check . If it’s still not correct submit ticket with support 

using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

Are you saying the app is showing you've used half but it's not showing in the usage details?
