my mobile data is not working. I am using Samsung s24fe. I already have tried switching off my device, turning on-off aeroplane mode, resetting mobile data and refilling APN settings.
I have full mobile data on my account. There is no data limit set on my phone. I don't know why it is not working for me.
Please help me to fix this issue.

hi @Kamal8 make sure no other sim is showing up on the sim manager screen. Disable all those others eSIM profiles
And check VPN screen and delete the VPN profile there
Setting -> Connection --> More connection settings -> VPN
if that still does not work, try your PM sim card in another phone

@Kamal8 Maybe try reset network settings , or if possible try your sim if physical sim card in another phone? If same
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .

My Data is full and i have same APN settings as you mentioned above. Still not working .
I turned off auto payment for a month because i was travelling. I turned it back on just few days before entering in Canada. Unfortunately data and calls are not working.

@Kamal8 Have you used up your monthly data bucket allowence ? Do you have data turned on in phone settings ?
