Why isn't my data working for this month when I didn't use all of last months data?

Data is per 30 days. If you do not use it you lose it.

first, data do not roll over, so your last month data has nothing to do with your current cycle

and voice works just not data? Make sure you do not have mobile data limit enabled on the phone, then Reboot your phone and reset network settings
