I lost my phone and am buying a new one.
How can I activate my new one using the same number when I don't have my old one to transfer the Sim.card.

Buy a new sim card. Login to your account and edit the sim card number under your profile settings.

You can login in your self service account. Instead of text 2FA, you can resent request for email 2FA message. Then you can replace the SIM card with your new SIM card.
