I have two phones on my account how do I shut them off

@BH7  You can only have one phone number per account with its own email address . So you must have two emails you used to joinPM so just log into the account and turn off auto pay or port number out if you want to keep that number . But best to have support remains the credit card on file right away if you don’t care about the number and ensure you don’t get charged again

with PM, each number is a separate account. To cancel one or both, you need to log in to each account and UNSUBSCRIBE. That account will deactivate after 90 days suspended. Alternative is to port out to new provider in which case your PM acct is deactivated when port is successful.
