This part completely depends on the plan that the customer is on. I have a family member who has a plan that does not included unlimited incoming calls.

I think we're all assuming the OP has the $15 plan. I have the $10 plan which has a total of 50 minutes. You can't take a call when you run out of minutes. But it's not available anymore.

When you run out of outgoing minutes, you can still receive incoming calls, use/set call forwarding, call 611 and toll-free/8xx numbers.

Unfortunately you'll need to purchase either the add-on $5/500 mins as already mentioned or manage until your renewal date.  The 500 mins add-on is great value and really a must if on the limited minutes plan.

You won't be able to make a call.  PM does not have any overages.  You can purchase an add-on for additional minutes.

@sploopy : you simply can't call out to a regular number. So text whoever you want to talk to and have them call you.

Or get the $5 add-on.
