Try to play a message but it fails every time. Try to submit a ticket but that fails too. But I can sign in and view my account. How go I get a mailbox reset when I can’t submit a ticket?

If the phone's function to dial voicemail is sometimes misconfigired. As a workaround, dial your own phone number to reach your voicemail service. Alternatively, you can dial any one of the national voicemail access numbers from another phone too.
If either of these workarounds work, then you may need to go into your phone app settings to update the voicemail access number, and then you can reach it by holding "1" in the dialer, or when you select the voicemail notification when it pops up.

What message do you get when you try to access your voice mail?
Be aware that vmail has to be set up very first time using your phone. After that you can you any phone to access vmail and change options.
