Lost my sim card so can't receive the verification code even I have already purchased a new SIM, there's no way to contact anyone can someone please help?

@elmollythere should be the option Didnt receive code? Click that and is send email there? If not, then submit ticket with CS agent for help

Perhaps you need to go into your browser settings. The clear the cache. Then close the browser and re open it and try to log in again.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/mb/ is MY direct link because I'm in Manitoba. But click on that. Top right corner says to sign in. The site is slow as a turtle. Give it some time to load up.

@elmolly Please use this direct link to support to SIM card swap the number for you and then you will get the code sent to the new SIM card to log in your account

Hi @elmolly Here's how to send it to your email instead.
Can’t get the 6 digit 2FA code to your phone? Try this method
First, sign into your account at www.publicmobile.ca and use the email you signed up with and the password. If it asks you for a 6 digit code, it will say at the top left CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY.- Enter the 6- digit code sent to *********. But it’s not working!!! As you see by the screen shot below, 1. Click the This is a trusted device. 2. Didn’t get the code? Click on that.
Then, the next window that pops up is this.
Click on Send email. Here it will send you the 6 digit code to the email you registered with. This step is very important. Do not just copy and paste. Enter each digit using your key pad.
You should now be able to get into your account.
Once you're in then go to Profile then on the right side you'll see My Phone Number box. Click on the pencil by SIM Card Number and then change it there. Then insert it then reboot the phone.
